3. License of Use

4. Restrictions

  • Share access with non-staff, such as friends, family, or outside parties who have not purchased
  • Rebrand, repackage, or create derivative works for resale, distribution, or external training
  • Copy, redistribute, or present our content under another name or brand

You are free to edit and adapt the systems and flowcharts to suit your business needs. However, we ask that our copyright notice remain visible on any flowcharts, as this protects the integrity and origin of the intellectual property.

In short, you are free to use and adapt the systems inside your business – but you cannot sell, share, or publish them outside of it.

5. License Conditions

To protect the value of our intellectual property, the following conditions apply:

  • You may not resell, distribute, or on-sell any of the 500 Systems™ separately from your business
  • You may not publish any of the systems, text, or flowcharts in a public place
  • You may not share access with non-staff, such as friends, family, or outside parties who have not purchased
  • You may not rebrand, repackage, or create derivative works for resale, distribution, or external training
  • You may not copy, redistribute, or present our content under another name or brand

You are free to edit and adapt the systems and flowcharts to suit your business needs. However, we ask that the copyright notice at the bottom of each flowchart remain visible. This protects the integrity and origin of the intellectual property and is in both our interests, as it safeguards your investment as much as it does ours.

In short, you are free to use and adapt our systems inside your business, but they cannot be sold, shared, or published outside of it.

6. Intellectual Property Protection

Because of the significant intellectual property involved, we both benefit from protecting access – doing so preserves the value of your purchase and keeps the systems working as assets inside your business. Therefore, you agree to:

  • Provide access only to paid staff and contractors working for your business
  • Remove access immediately when a staff member or contractor leaves your business
  • Require all users to use two-factor authentication for security

Direct friends, family, or other business owners who want access to purchase their own copy. (We recommend sharing your affiliate link so you can earn 50% commission on any sales.)

7. Finality of Purchase

Due to the nature of digital intellectual property, all sales are final. Once access is granted, refunds cannot be provided.

If a chargeback is initiated, we will provide evidence to the bank defending the transaction. In the unlikely event that your chargeback is approved, your license will be revoked immediately, all systems will be permanently deleted, and your account removed.
