Here's How to Get Started

Within the next two minutes, our system will send you an email with all of your login details for 500 Systems. This includes your access credentials for 1Brain, where your systems are securely stored and ready to use.

Inside the email, you will find a temporary password. Once you log in, you will be prompted to set your own secure password. From there, you’ll have 12 months of free access to 1Brain, where you can explore, manage, and roll out over 540 SOPs and 87 company policies.

Now, regarding the confirmation email, it should arrive in your Inbox directly. However, if this is the first time you’ve heard from us, it may not. So, if it’s not there within two minutes, please check your spam or junk folder as it may have landed there.

To ensure this doesn’t happen again and you don’t miss any important updates, please add our “FROM” email address to your contacts or mark the email as “not spam”.

If you’re a Gmail user, the email may also have gone into your Promotions tab. To fix this, drag the email into your primary inbox. Once done, Gmail will ask if you’d like this action applied to future emails. Click YES when prompted.

Finally, should you have any questions or are still unable to find your login details, please email our support team (address in the footer) and we will manually resend them to you.
